Abstract
Nowadays, the control and efficient use of the dynamic development of production technologies have an increasing importance for manufacturing companies. This dynamic behaviour is caused by various innovation cycles. As an aggravating factor, products are produced by different manufacturing processes consisting of several technologies, the socalled technology-chains. Hence, changes inside and between the technology-chains affect the optimal integration of the product development and the planning of the production structure. The technology-chains-calendar illustrates the planned availabilities of production technologies and technology-chains to all development and research departments.
