Abstract
Within the course o f inspection o f high-temperature components, the assessment o f the microstructure is o f significant importance for safety and reliability. For non-destructive investigation, however, only the surface o f the components is available. With the UTlaminography it is possible to classify structures on the basis o f correlations between ultrasound velocity and microstructural influences especially increasing o f inhomogeneity by creep stresses.
