Abstract

Zinc-ion exchanged BEA is an excellent catalyst for the intramolecular addition of an amine N-H to the CC triple bond in 6-aminohex-1-yne showing a much higher activity than the corresponding homogeneous catalysts, e.g. Zn(CF₃SO₃)₂.
