Abstract
The systematic steadfasted training (training on bicycle ergometer by the 60% of maximum heart frequency, taking 8 weeks with three training units per week) was made in non-trained patients with hypertension. The aim of the study was to follow the influence on haemodynamic and metabolic parameters and the catecholamines picture too. Systolic blood pressure and the lactate plasmatic level was decreased in patients with hypertension in comparison with normotensive subjects, plasmatic catecholamines level was without significant change. This results show first of all on local muscle adaptation and less on real reduction of pressure noradrenergic activity with regard to significant reduction of median lactate parameters and blood pressure.
