Abstract

Postaccelerated58Ni beams from the Munich tandem have been used to study the residual activities of the compound reactions58Ni→90Zr,91Zr,92Zr,93Nb,92Mo,94Mo with the help of γ excitation functions, multi spectrum analyses of γ radiation, γγ coincidences and the measurement of the ratio EC/gb+. Beta decay schemes for the following new isotopes or isomers have been derived:144Tb (6-, 7-) 4.5±0.5 s144Tb 1+ 1.5±1 s145Tb (11/2-) 29 s146Tb 1+ 8±4 s145Dy 13.6±1 s146Dy 0+ 29±3 s147Ho (11/2-) 5.8±0.4 s148Ho 1+ 2.2±1.1 s150Ho (2-) 72±4 s148Er 0+ 4.5±0.4 s150Er 0+ 18.5±0.7 s148Tm J≧6 0.7±0.2 s150Tm (4-, 5-) 3.5±0.6 s The QEC value for the β decay of150Er to150Ho has been measured to be 4,010±80 keV with respect to the 2- state in150Ho.
