Abstract
In this paper we investigate the behavior of the aliasing error of non bandlimited sampled signals. The Shannon sampling series have an optimal reconstruction behavior for bandlimited signals. In the case of non bandlimited signals the Shannon sampling series have a complete different behavior. For these signals the Shannon sampling series dont approximate the sampled signals in general case.
