Abstract

This paper describes special aspects of MIMD parallelization in SUPERB. SUPERB is an interactive SIMD/MIMD parallelizing system for the SUPRENUM machine. The main topic of this paper is the updating of distributed variables in parallelized applications. The intended applications perform local computations on a large data domain.
