Abstract
Clinical and histological findings of a granuloma eosinophilicum faciale in a 57-year-old patient and the outcome of a therapy with Dapsone (Diaminodiphenylsolfone) are presented. Reviewing the actual literature, differential diagnoses and therapeutic options are discussed.
