The zero field Kondo susceptibility at intermediate temperatures

For the Tomonaga model the zero field spin susceptibility is calculated within a selfconsistent perturbation approach. The static susceptibility remains finite and agrees well with the Monte Carlo calculations by Schotte and Schotte. The impurity relaxation rate approaches a constant at low temperatures.
