Abstract

The temperature dependence of the d.c. conductivity of a non-interacting electron gas moving in a three-dimensional random potential is discussed on the basis of the recently proposed approximation scheme for the Anderson transition. The results are shown to explain the experiments on Ge(Sb) by Davis and Compton (1965) and on La1-xSrxVO3 and Gd1-xSrxVO3 by Dougier and Casalot (1970).
