Abstract
The case of a 75-year-old female patient with angiomas and telangiectasia of the face and fingers mimicking Osler's disease (teleangiectasia hereditaria haemorrhagica) is reported, in whom the presence of anticentromere antibodies and additional clinical signs led to the final diagnosis of CREST syndrome.
