Abstract
The first resolved, optical absorption spectrum for any azabenzene molecular ion is reported. The spectrm of C5F5N+ has been obtained in a Ne matrix. The observed bands are tabulated and the spectrum analyzed to obtain vibrational frequencies for the B̃ electronic state.
