Abstract
Coronary artery anomalies in the setting of a Taussig-Bing anomaly are not a rarity but still present a challenge for the surgeon. We report on a case of a newborn with Taussig-Bing anomaly and a single coronary ostium, which was only detected at the time of the arterial switch operation, and the surgical management of this anomaly.
