Abstract
New results from solar and reactor neutrino experiments shed light on central questions in astro-particle physics. Neutrino masses and mixing have been established experimentally, and the parameter space of oscillation solutions is strongly restricted. The primary goals axe now 1) to determine with high accuracy the mixing parameters and 2) to measure accurately the primary solar neutrino fluxes in order to scrutinize stellar evolution theory. Ongoing and future experiments, the progress of which have been discussed in details at the LowNu workshop, will address this issues comprehensively.
