Abstract

In this paper, strategies and techniques applied to IEC 61850 based DSAS architectures are presented and discussed with the perspective of obtaining high levels of reliability, availability and efficiency. Practical issues and implementations are considered. A suggestion of a way to be followed in order to reach real and effective WAMPACS systemic functions is described.
