Abstract
We report a case of a 27-year-old man with characteristic features of sterile eosinophilic folliculitis type Ofuji. The patient showed pustules which were located on the extremities and the trunk. Histologic examination revealed intraepidermal pustules containing many eosinophils. Furthermore, the blood count revealed typical eosinophilia. Under systemic treatment with dapsone the dermal changes showed only short lasting improvement.
