Abstract
To efficiently control any logistics processes key performance indicators are of increasing importance. Standardized and comparable indicators are a basic requirement to support the managerial decision making process. Today there is no method to evaluate the level of an indicator’s standardization to identify needs for action in terms of standardization. The following paper shows the adaptation of a maturity model to evaluate the level of an indicator’s standardization.
