Abstract
At low temperatures and without decomposition, alkaline‐earth alkoxides 1 (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) and an analogous cadmium complex sublime under vacuum, which makes these compounds possible candidates for chemical vapor deposition (CVD) techniques, for example, for the preparation of high‐temperature superconductors. The high volatility of these alkoxides is in part a consequence of their unusually low degree of aggregation. (Figure Presented.)
