Abstract

In chapter 5 is shown how control and system theory together with proper modelling of the plant are to be applied for simulating adaptronic systems. The focus is on linearised, time-continuous descriptions of adaptronic structures. Since related discretised models are usually quite large, proper model reduction techniques have to be introduced.
