SIMMWIC system application design: Design tradeoffs and system performance

Abstract

We discuss design tradeoffs for the use of SIMMWIC circuits in system applications. Taking a simple communication system and a multi-beam Doppler radar as example, we present measured performance results and discuss unsolved problems.
