Sensitivity of information rates of matching circuits for antenna arrays

Abstract

A sensitivity analysis is performed for information rates of decoupling receiver matching circuits for antenna arrays. The sensitivity is computed by varying the antenna spacing, the device tolerances, and the relative bandwidth. The information rates are considerably reduced at antenna spacings below one-quarter wavelength.
