Abstract
Sodium free or low sodium contrast media were prepared by diluting Urografin with distilled water to a concentration of 20%. The injection was performed manually and xeroradiographs were taken after the injection. With this method no vessel spasm occurred even after arterial injections. The radiographs obtained by this method were as good as those obtained earlier with contrast mediums of 65% concentration.
