Abstract
In cooperation with Alcatel, Knorr-Bremse, Rohde & Schwarz, Temic, Webasta und Zuken and the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration and the Chair of Business Administration at Munich Technical University the author is conducting a research project on reducing and forecasting development times in the electronics industry. The contribution introduces initial results of this programme, which is promoted by BMBF.
