Abstract

We report on a 54-year-old women with psoriasis and acromegaly. Further investigations confirmed the presence of a somatotrophic hormone-releasing pituitary adenoma. The surgical treatment by hypophysectomy leads to an impressive improvement of the psoriatic lesions within 4 weeks.
