Abstract

In order to analyse and assess production alternatives for novel rotors of aero engines holistically, a suitable methodology has been developed und validated in cooperation with an industrial partner. This allows the comparison of alternative process chains of defined rotors and its variants in regard to quality relevant and economic aspects taking into account sector specific requirements.
