Abstract

A spatio-temporal imaging of the switching behavior of the magnetic domain structure was performed. The image was recorded within a complete hysteresis loop which showed the switching behavior of each single element. The X-ray magnetic circular dichroism yielded at element specific spin-orbit coupled absorption edges with vlaues up to 50%.
