Abstract
In order to increase their competitive advantages most companies make use of the same or similar concepts. In effect this means that actually no competitor gains anything. Indeed, the most successful company will be the one that is able to learn most effectively and that is able to be innovative on all levels. In order to set up a necessary organizational learning process within the company, the "Product Clinic" is a core cell in which the various functional divisions of the company are brought together and by which the prerequisites for an organizational learning process can be established. Effective learning and the reactivation of creativity within a company are key factors in winning over potential customers. Combining a reliable competition analysis with the perspective of the customers and that of the suppliers facilitates the generation of ideas and their realization.
