Abstract

Abstract: In this paper the applicability of selected silica-supported early transition metal oxides in photocatalysis is discussed. The catalytic properties of highly dispersed transition metal oxides often differ strongly from their corresponding bulk material. The structural and photophysical properties can often be linked to those changes. Graphical Abstract: [Figure not available: see fulltext.].
