Abstract
N‐substituted oligoglycines, “peptoids”, can be prepared in good yields and high purity without protected monomer building blocks and without deprotection according to Equation (a). This class of compounds should be of great utility in screening for new pharmaceutical lead structures. (Figure Presented.)
