Adaption of the organization on the way from the Digital Factory to a Digital Network. Indisputably today tools of the Digital Factory are used in industrial companies. Improvements resulting of this use are known well but can not be transfered equally on the own use case. The use of digital tools needs not only their technical but as well their organizational integration into the company-specific product development process. Therefore concerning the hierarchical organization flexible project teams and concerning the planning processes rules for the data management must be defined. Today established forms of organization seem to be suboptimal if the potentials of digital tools have to be used more efficient. This article focusses this problem and offers impulses for the adaption of the own company-specific organization. So further steps on the way from the Digital Factory to a Digital Network are possible.
