Abstract
The dynamic magneto-conductivity is expressed by a relaxation kernel which is evaluated in a lowest-order correlation approximation. The present theory yields in particular both the static magneto-resistance and the cyclotron resonance damping in terms of integrals over the single-electron spectral functions. In the quantum limit all results are given by simple closed formulae.
