Abstract

The possibilities of various methods of surface analysis (Auger electron, ESCA-photoelectron and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry) on radioactive materials are shown. First results of measurements on fuel elements, dissolution residues and samples of aerosol formation are discussed.
