Abstract

We describe the implementation of non-contact measurements for obtaining tomographic reconstructions of targeted fluorochromes with phantoms and in-vivo. This new approach can enable unprecedented experimental simplicity and potentially allow for better quality imaging performance compared to conventional tomographic systems.
