Abstract
This paper presents a new algorithm which allows to reconstruct a bandlimited function from its not necessarily regularly spaced sampling instants and the recovery of the Hilbert-transformed of the function, too. So he renders the reconstruction of the real or the imaginary part of the dielectric permeability by means of the Kramers-Kronig-relations. The new algorithm also applies to two-dimensional functions.
