Abstract

Surgical repair for HIRSCHSPRUNG'S disease has become less invasive and allows successful management even in the neonatal period. Despite of excellent overall results, there remains a small group of patients with persistent postoperative problems after operation. For this purpose a structured follow program and when necessary an individualized management plan is necessary.
