Abstract

As exemplified by the case of a 58-year old patient with a femoral head fracture dislocation, which could not be reduced for 15 hours, the early stage of femoral head revitalisation is well documented by computed tomography before and after reduction, as well as MR imaging after 6 weeks, 6 months and one year.
