Abstract

Multipath propagation results in an erroneous field distribution that can undermine the accuracy of antenna measurements. Several techniques have been suggested to remove the echo contributions. One of such methods assumes auxiliary sources called scattering centers so that, with the knowledge of echo locations, the echo contributions are attributed to the scattering centers in the post-processing steps. In this paper, we extend the scattering centers representation of non-anechoic measurement environments such that echo suppression is possible with partial or no information about the geometry of the scatterers.
