Abstract

Current social and technological developments, which are in the center of attention within the initiative Industrie 4.0, cause changes in production systems. This particularly affects the human resource, which needs to be integrated into the increasingly digitized and connected production environment, taking into account an enhancement of flexibility and productivity. In this article, we will present three approaches addressing this subject from the perspective of the human, the technology, and the organization.
