Abstract
Summary: Migraine belongs to the most common primary headaches in childhood and adolescence. It leads frequently to a reduction in the ability to cope with daily life. The current headache classification differentiates the clinic of juvenile migraine. Besides the clinical investigation, a good medical history is essential. Therapeutically, prophylactic non-drug approaches are primarily used; ibuprofen and differentiated use of triptans and antiemetics are recommended for attack therapy.
