Abstract
In many interdisciplinary projects occur difficulties in clarifying requirements. Mostly the involved disciplines both the technical and non-technical have different knowledge, way of thinking and vocabulary of concepts so that it is difficult to identify and define requirements. Therefore an intensive integration of the customer into the development team is necessary. But the existing methods for this are not co-ordinated as required by the interdisciplinary cooperation. Thus the results are not as expected often. Objective of the presented method here is to assist the design engineer particular in interdisciplinary developments. This support will help to clarify requirements in a customer-integrating, iterative, systematically and process-accompanying way. The method itself and its exemplary execution are explained below.
