Abstract
The following article presents a specific methodology for business process management that allows adaptable modelling, analyzing, implementation and controlling of completely computer based complex development processes. This concept enables development departments to shorten development time in a significant way by handling fuzzy information during the process. It was developed in a research project called GiPP involving the iwb.
