Abstract

This work discusses the optimization and the characterization of an efficient inductive power transfer device in the kilowatt range based on the state of the art knowledge for such systems. A device is designed using tools such as finite element method (FEM) software and analytical design rules. Finally, experimental results demonstrate the achieved performance.
