Abstract

The C of an aggregate of five small single-crystal pieces all showing very well-developed facets was reported. This aggregate displayed the highest C thus far reported, while that of a large single piece that served for comparison was reduced by 9%, indicating a small quantity of Sb inclusions. It was found that T*ofthe peak of the Schottky anomaly and Tc were sample independent.
