Abstract
In the complex 1, diphosphinomethanide ligands are arranged spoke‐like like π‐allyl ligands about the central atom, whereas in the previously known complexes of these ligands, coordination takes place via the lone pairs of the P atoms. Thus, 1 is an example for the analogy between phosphorus and carbon chemistry, also in unsaturated systems. (Figure Presented.)
