Abstract

A system for efficiency control. Where product-related cost-cutting projects carried out by companies are concerned, it generally proves difficult to identify, differentiate and transparently particularize savings potential and actual savings. A system aimed in this direction enables this to be generated over the entire value analysis process. Moreover, a database developed at Munich Technical University's Chair for Product Development enables the collection, documentation and evaluation of solution-oriented ideas.
