Abstract
Irradiation damage was created at 4.6 K in glassy Cu64Ti36 and Cu60Zr40by 3-MeV-electrons and in Cu60Zr40 and Cu50Zr50 by fast neutrons. Measurements of the electrical resistance R during irradiation and after isochronal annealing treatment give evidence for the production of two types of defects. An increase in R is assigned to topological defects, a decrease in R is assigned to compositional defects.
