Abstract
A comparison of the production build-ups of enterprises with comperable main processes shows clear differences in the duration of the start-up phase. Best practice enterprises realize a shortening of the start-up phase of 60 with suitable methods and instruments increasing the quality level. The cross section logistics makes a crucial contribution for the integration and synchronisation of the approach processes in the successful enterprises. The aim of this article is to represent a mix of logistic instruments on the basis of the starting situation to coordinate the product approaches effectively for the creation of value chain.
