Abstract
The demand for affordable individual living space is rising constantly. Industrialization has not yet spread within the construction industry. The challenge is to create high quality, individual and simultaneously affordable housing in a short time. With the help of an industrial production concept, the construction industry could fullfill this demand within the right time and budget.
