Abstract

The ability to quantitatively image fluorescent signatures deep in animal models of lung diseases can enable the study of various molecular pathways and treatment effectiveness. Herein we demonstrate feasibility of imaging COPD related signatures using Fluorescence Molecular Tomography (FMT) and appropriate fluorescent probe strategies.
