Abstract

The Sabin-Feldman test (SFT) and the indirect fluorescence test (IFT/IgG) are corresponding very satisfactory. Similar is the complement fixation test (KBR) and the IgM-fluorescence test (IFT/IgM), which are correlated. - The interpretation of IgM- and IgG-titers is informative for the chronical or acute phase of toxoplasmosis.
